Psychology Referrals
If you’re a health care provider referring a patient for psychology services, referrals are accepted via the following methods:

To receive a Medicare rebate, a GP referral with a Mental Health Care Plan must be obtained prior to the session. A referral is not required if you are paying privately, claiming under private health insurance, or utilising a self- or plan-managed NDIS plan.

How to Find Us
The clinic is located in the OTP House building located just off Northcott Drive, behind HomeCo. and close to Westfield Kotara. When you turn into Bradford Close, OTP House is on the right‑hand side. Once inside OTP House, follow the signs to The Psychology Place in Suite 15 on Level 2.

Parking
Parking is available directly outside OTP House at both the front and back of the building. Parking turnover is frequent so spaces are usually available close to the door. Bradford Close is a quiet cul‑de‑sac with free on‑street parking along both sides of the street, and spaces are generally easy to find throughout the day. Accessible parking bays are located close to the front building entrance. Additional overflow parking is available nearby at HomeCo. Kotara and Westfield Kotara, both a short walk from the building.

OTP House is an accessible health building with step‑free entry from the street and lift access to Level 2, where Suite 15 is located. Entrances, hallways, and waiting areas are designed to accommodate mobility aids, including wheelchairs, walkers, and prams. Accessible parking is available close to the main building entrance.
